Ik maak nu 15 jaar gebruik van Wasgoed.com. ik ben volledig ontzorgd. Nooit meer iets anders. Geweldige service.

Van eerste contact tot laatste was iedereen heel aardig en behulpzaam. Service en medewerkers waren allemaal aardig en zeer netjes en deden hun werk zeker goed

You guys are great! I asked for a dishwasher yesterday, and I got it today (I also had a washing machine with you). Your technicians are always super nice, friendly (I even decided to tip them) and efficient. For example, one of them asked for the keys of my flat to go down to the van quicker to pick up some parts (not to waste time with the doorbells).

The installation was smooth, however a flaw in the washing machine drain was spotted. The drain was leaking, they explained the drain was not long enough. They tried to make adjustments however the drain broke…therefore I am expecting a reschedule and complete installation in the coming days, please get back to me asap.

We had a very helpful and sweet person with delivery and explanation of the machine. From the order to delivery everything went smooth. Just did our first laundry as well and the machine works pretty well. We got a refurbished one instead of a new one and it looks as good as new.

In no time the team was able to install both dryer and washer and also took the effort and time to explain how both machines works and tips.

Super goed, en goede service and vriendelijk

Early Wednesday morning, they arrived exactly at the scheduled time. The two people who delivered our dryer were super friendly and we had a good chat about our home country Indonesia. The dryer works perfectly and is a major upgrade from our old broken dryer which they helped get rid of! This was amazing for us as we had tried for weeks to find a way to get rid of our old dryer. Overall amazing and would highly reccomend.

Wij zijn heel tevreden met Wasgoed.com. Als je iets besteld wordt er snel gereageerd en kan de levering ook heel snel plaatsvinden. Ze installeren het kundig en geven een goede uitleg over de machines. Vriendelijk personeel. Echt een aanrader!

Twee man sterk kwamen ze om een probleem op te lossen met onze vaatwasser. Probleem is gevonden. Deels opgelost.. deel 2 moet op de zaak gerepareerd worden. Keurig geregeld!

My washing machine stopped working last week. I only had to submit a request online and set an appointment for it to be fixed. They came in and left a new machine and took the broken one. It took max 15 minutes. They are always super fast, super efficient and suuuper friendly! Love itttt

Decided to go with Wasgoed as the monthly rates were reasonable (there is no fee to remove the washing machine), the machine is brand new, and delivery and installation was done quickly!

The guys who dropped off the items were extremely nice! They were friendly and informative. Provided a tutorial and got the job done quick. Awesome experience !! Highly recommend this company.

The whole process was just a bliss - from placing the order, scheduling delivery, installation and end to end communication. The guys were super friendly and kind and not to mention how quickly they set everything up. I was a bit worried about my very narrow Amsterdam stairs, but they handled with no issues and smiles on their faces. The machine is working well so far and I couldn’t be more happy with my choice of vendors! Keep it up!

Vaatwasser heeft prima gewerkt, alleen is wasgoed.com heel erg onbereikbaar en altijd te laat bij afspraken. Bij zowel installatie als ophalen de halve dag zitten wachten.

I had to schedule a last-minute removal of a washing machine and asked for an earlier date and Wasgoed managed to accommodate my request despite the month's notice which I was not aware of. This greatly helped me during my moving process. The teams who came to install and remove the washing machine were both efficient and very nice people with smiles on their faces. Will definitely be renting other appliances from here!
